Job summary

Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A driver for a dedicated dry van role out of Plainfield, IN. The position features a guaranteed daily pay of $247 and an expected weekly gross of $1,400–$1,500 with 1,600–1,900 miles driven per week on 100% no-touch freight.

Weekly home resets of 34 hours are provided, with weekend work required. Trainees with CDL-A and 120 hours of school training are welcome; 6 months OTR in last year or 12 months in past 5 years is required. Drug screening is mandatory.

CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Driver | Plainfield, IN Hub | Home Weekly & $247 Daily Guarantee

1. Guaranteed Daily Pay & Earnings

• Earn a rock-solid $247 per day guaranteed for every day on duty (scheduled 6 days per week), bringing in a dependable weekly gross average of $1,400 to $1,500.
• Log 1,600 to 1,900 miles weekly hauling 100% zero-touch freight.

2. Freight Operations & Regional Lanes

• Dedicated regional distribution dispatching out of the Plainfield, IN terminal hub, delivering store inventory to retail locations across IA, IL, IN, MO, WI, KY, TN, and MI.
• Cargo & Dock Operations: 100% no-touch cargo handling involving multi-stop store deliveries, mall dock maneuvering, tight alley backing, and double drop-and-hooks. (Note: Includes night dispatch windows).

3. Weekly Home Time & Holiday Schedule

• Consistent Home Resets: Dispatch out on Sunday and return home on Friday for a full 34-hour weekly home reset.
• Weekend work is required. Enjoy scheduled holiday breaks with typical closures on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

4. Qualifications & Driver Standards

• Trainees Welcome: 0 months experience required if you hold a valid Class-A CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of accredited school training.
• Experienced Drivers: Requires 6 months of post-training OTR experience in the last 12 months, OR 12 months in the past 5 years.
• Hiring Zone: Must reside within 75 miles of designated hiring areas across Indiana (including the Indianapolis and Gary metro areas).
• Toxicology: Passing mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings is strictly required.
