Job summary

American Driver LLC in Texas is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers who recently completed CDL school. You will start with a mentor during orientation, then drive regionally with a trained team. Expect weekly pay and lodging paid for orientation, plus a path to your own Freightliner truck after three months.

Weekly pay starts from the orientation period and continues with bonuses on miles, fuel, and safety, with home every two weeks and a tuition-free online degree after you qualify.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL, 21+ years old
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• DOT physical and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor for 3–5 weeks driving 200–250 hours
• Back into docks, plan trips, and log hours accurately
• Earn weekly pay and know home every 2 weeks
• Progress to regional fleet out of Houston
• Home every 2 weeks
