Your leadership will drive a proactive safety environment and engage drivers through programs, testing oversight, and effective safety communications.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements for DOT safety administration.
• Minimum 3 years of transportation safety administration with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, TMW, and Telematics systems; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor drivers through safety assessments and improvement plans.
• Conduct investigations and detailed reporting for incidents.
• Promote safety programs and driver engagement initiatives.
• Administer DOT licensing, examinations, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee DOT Drug and Alcohol program compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver Coaching & Development –Mentor and guide drivers through safety assessments,evaluations, and targeted improvement plans.
  
• Incident Investigations – Conductthorough investigations and detailed reporting for accidents,injuries, and safety incidents.
  
• SafetyEngagement & Programs – Promote driver engagementthrough proactive safety initiatives, appreciation activities, andincentive programs.
