Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in San Antonio is recruiting entry-level CDL-A drivers to start on a Houston-based regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road.

During training you ride with an experienced trainer, get paid weekly, and move into your own truck on full pay once signed off. You can expect 1,700–2,000 miles weekly and home every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL, 21 or older.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Live within 250 miles of Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van regional freight across TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO, IA, IL.
• Complete 1,700–2,000 miles per week.
• Home every two weeks.
• Drop-and-hook plus live loads and unloads.
