Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking in Charlotte, NC seeks an entry-level CDL-A driver for paid training. This full-time role features 100% no-touch dry van freight, a mentor program, and the same mile rate as seasoned drivers once solo, plus a 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Pay starts with $0.50 per mile with up to 2,000 miles weekly; Step 1 onboarding includes a hotel stay and a $100 food stipend, Step 2 mentor pay of $75/day, and Step 3 sign-off to your own truck.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a Class A CDL
• Finished verifiable truck driving school within past 12 months
• No DUI/DWI in 5 years

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding week with mentor and hotel stipend
• Drive with a mentor for at least 10 days, minimum 5 hours/day
• Progress to solo driving and obtain your own truck
