Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in the United States is hiring entry level CDL-A drivers for paid training. From day one you earn, with a guaranteed $1,000/week during the first 90 days while you learn the ropes behind the wheel. After training you go solo with $1,400–$1,600/week on average, ~2,800 miles per week, and weekly pay every Friday.

You’ll drive your own 2023-or-newer truck and work 100% no-touch freight. No forced dispatch, biweekly home time, mentor support during training, and a tolls/fuel

Qualifications

• 21+ years old or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL school training
• Clean DOT/FMCSA record

Responsibilities

• 3–5 weeks of hands-on training with a dedicated mentor
• Learn pre-trip checks, backing, docking, trip planning, ELD logging
• Transition to solo driving with no gaps or guessing
• Understand no-touch freight and 70% drop & hook operations
• Enjoy home time on a guaranteed biweekly schedule
