Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is looking for CDL A Truck Drivers who recently graduated from CDL school. You’ll complete 3–5 weeks of hands-on training with an experienced mentor, earning $1,000 guaranteed weekly for the first 90 days, then transition to solo driving in late-model equipment.

Expect strong pay growth with top earners around $1,800 weekly and benefits after 30 days, including a 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• You must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Driving record must meet DOT & FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete 200 to 250 hours of structured training with an experienced mentor.
• Transition directly to solo driving after training.
• Prepare for solo driving with training on pre-trip inspections, backing and docking, highway driving, trip planning, ELD and log accuracy, shipper/receiver procedures.
