Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers, seeking an entry level CDL-A Driver, offers paid training and a path to run the Eastern OTR. Trainees start at $650 weekly during orientation, then average $1,300–$2,000 per week with regular routes from Virginia into Northeast markets.

Expect a 3–5 week training period with mentor behind the wheel, 200–250 hours, and benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, vision and life coverage. CDL-A required; 21+.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• Trainees with less than 6 months recent CDL-A experience welcome
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps
• Acceptable MVR and driving record
• Pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test
• Meet applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements
