Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeking a Class A CDL driver to load, transport, and unload materials while ensuring safety and compliance. You will pre-inspect trucks, verify loads, and communicate with dispatch to maintain on-time deliveries.

This role requires outdoor work in all weather, independence and teamwork, plus adherence to DOT procedures and PPE requirements. Comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, lifting or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify loading accuracy.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site for safe loading/unloading.
