Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Cary, NC invites recent CDL graduates to join our driver team. Trainees complete 200–250 hours of structured training with an experienced mentor and move to solo driving after training.

During training you’ll learn pre-trip inspections, backing, highway driving, trip planning and ELD/log procedures, with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly pay for the first 90 days and your own truck after training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Driving record meets DOT & FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to participate in training program.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3–5 weeks of paid training with mentor.
• Gain real-world experience before going solo.
• Operate late-model trucks with assigned equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, ELD/log accuracy, and trip planning.
