Job summary

365 Freight USA in Kansas City, KS is seeking new CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the responsibilities of the job beyond CDL school.

After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and start driving solo, with potential weekly earnings of $1,600–$1,800. The program includes weekly direct deposit and full benefits after training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Able to meet DOT qualification requirements.
• Motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• During training, ride with an experienced driver to develop skills for solo driving.
• Learn safe driving practices, trip planning, inspections and dispatch communication.
• After training, transition to your own truck and drive solo.
• Participate in the mentor program as you progress to independence.
