365 Freight USA in Marshalltown, IA is hiring recent Class A CDL graduates for a paid mentor program. You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, gaining practical experience beyond CDL school.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Able to meet Department of Transportation qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver to develop skills and confidence.
• Training includes safe driving and trip planning, pickups and deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Transition to solo driving after the mentor program.
