Job summary

365 Freight USA in Terre Haute, IN is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You will ride with an experienced trainer for 4–6 weeks, then transition to your own truck as a solo driver on the open road.

During training you’ll learn safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, pre/post-trip inspections, and dispatch communication. Earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training with full benefits after completion.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Qualification under applicable USDOT requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Safety-focused and dependable approach to work.
• No previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor program provides hands-on training with an experienced driver.
• Develop skills in safe driving, trip planning, pickups and deliveries, and inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch during daily operations.
• Transition to solo driving after successful mentor completion.
