American Driver LLC seeks truck drivers for a regional dry‑van fleet serving Batavia and surrounding Genesee County. New drivers receive 850 per week during training with a mentor, then solo with a 1,000 weekly pay guarantee for the first three months.
After orientation, solo runs depend on verifiable experience and lanes along the eastern seaboard, with home time every two weeks. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and complete a 120‑hour truck driving school.
Western New York has plenty of CDL graduates and not many carriers that will train them close to home. This regional dry van fleet hires drivers from Batavia, Le Roy, Oakfield and across Genesee County. New drivers earn $850 a week while they train with a mentor. Experienced drivers start solo. Both run eastern freight and come home every two weeks.
You need a Class A CDL and a completed truck driving school of at least 120 hours. Training lasts 3 to 5 weeks, about 200 to 250 hours, with an experienced mentor beside you. You are paid $850 every week of it. When your mentor signs you off, you take your own truck, and your first three months solo carry a $1,000 weekly pay guarantee.
Six months or more of recent tractor-trailer time lets you skip training. After orientation you run solo at a rate set by your verifiable experience.

Two days or less, and $300 paid once you are hired. Bus travel to orientation is reimbursed with a receipt.
Medical, prescription, dental and vision plans. A 401(k), employee stock purchase, life and disability coverage, an employee assistance program, and a tuition-free online degree for you and one dependent.
Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or veteran status.
