Herman N Logistics in Front Royal, VA is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to serve as driver mentors for its dedicated Sysco fleet. Earn competitive pay while helping support drivers on established regional routes, hauling mostly refrigerated, no-touch freight.

Average pay is about $1,550 per week (roughly $80,600 per year) with top weekly pay at $1,700. Home weekly in many cases, night driving, hazmat endorsement within 90 days, and round-the-clock office support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of verifiable experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical card.
• Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.
• Able to work weekends and night shifts.
• Mentor role requires safety-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Mentor other CDL-A drivers on established regional routes.
• Operate mostly refrigerated, no-touch freight on a Sysco dedicated account.
• Support drivers with feedback and guidance to ensure on-time, safe deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
