Herman N Logistics in Virginia is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to mentor others on its Sysco dedicated fleet. This role offers competitive pay and no-touch refrigeration freight on regional routes.

Expect weekly home time for many drivers, night driving, and potential bonuses tied to mileage. Hazmat endorsement is required within 90 days of hire; a valid CDL and DOT medical card are mandatory.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL with minimum 6 months verifiable CDL-A experience.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor other drivers on a dedicated Sysco account.
• Operate automatic sleeper-cab trucks with 53-foot refrigerated trailers.
• Haul no-touch, refrigerated freight on regional routes.
• Home time: weekly or every two weeks depending on schedule.
• Night driving on regional routes across several states.
