Job summary

Memphis Regional Fleet is hiring drivers to stay out and come home weekly. Expect 1,800 miles per week on average, 100% no-touch freight with 50–60% drop and hook. Fleet uses 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors, with a guaranteed minimum pay on short-haul loads under 300 miles.

• 21+ years old
• Valid Class A CDL from one state
• License held 12+ months
• 3+ months T/T experience (40ft+) in last 36 months or Extended Road Test eligible

Pay:

• $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• CPM based on experience
• Guaranteed minimum pay on short-haul loads under 300 miles
• Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus
• $12.50/hr detention pay after 2 hours
• $100/day layover/breakdown pay
• $3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 6 months)

Route:

• Home weekly, 34-hour reset
• 100% no-touch freight, 50 to 60% drop and hook
• ~1,800 miles/week average
• 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

Requirements:

• 21+, valid Class A CDL from one state, license held 12+ months
