Job summary

American Driver is seeking drivers for the Memphis Regional Fleet. Expect steady weekly pay between $1,200 and $1,500, with mileage pay based on experience and a guaranteed minimum on short-haul loads under 300 miles.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, paid in portions over 90 days and six months. Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, ~1,800 miles weekly, no-touch freight, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, and PTO.

Steady pay, home every week, running the Memphis Regional Fleet.

What You Make:

• Average $1,200 to $1,500/week
• Mileage pay based on experience
• Guaranteed minimum pay on short-haul loads under 300 miles
• Drive to Thrive performance bonus up to 3 CPM
• Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
• Layover/breakdown: $100/day
• Sign-on: $3,000 total ($1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 6 months)

The Route:

• Weekly home time, 34-hour reset
• ~1,800 miles weekly average
• No-touch freight: 50 to 60% drop and hook, rest live unload
• 2021+ Cascadia and Kenworth tractors

You’ll Need:

• Age 21+, Class A CDL from one state, license held 12+ months
• 3+ months T/T experience (40ft+) in last 36 months, or Extended Road Test path
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no preventable accidents in 5 years
• No more than 3 jobs in last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI within 10 years
• Must pass drug test and DOT physical

Trainer Program: 1 year OTR experience + 30 days with the company, guaranteed $250/week plus mileage bonuses, $20,000+/year potential.
