Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a full-time CDL-A regional driver to run predictable routes from West Memphis, AR, with weekly miles and steady freight.

You will be home weekly for a 34-hour rest, delivering 3 high-yield loads per week across AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A required.
• 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within last 12 months.
• Residence within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR.
• Must pass DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR with deliveries into surrounding states.
• Unload freight at customer locations using roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all DOT regulations.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,700 average weekly pay
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, stable freight volume

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Exact days may vary depending on customer freight needs)
• Volume: Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week, averaging 3 delivery stops per load
• Mileage: Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Operating Area: Regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR, with deliveries extending into Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dedicated account touch-freight. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer delivery locations using company-provided roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.
• Equipment: Well-maintained fleet equipped with the tools necessary to ensure driver safety and fluid delivery operations.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Location: Must reside within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR.
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
