Job summary

Core & Main in St. Louis is seeking a delivery driver to service local communities with a focus on water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products.

You will load/unload, operate a forklift, and deliver to customer sites, maintaining accurate tickets and ensuring on-time arrivals. Applicants must have at least 1 year of CDL A or B driving experience, 2+ years of delivery experience, and be able to pass pre-employment assessments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Class A or Class B driving experience.
• Forklift experience.
• 2+ years of delivery experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers, may assist with unloading and ensuring delivery tickets are accurate.
• Serves as primary interface with customers at the point of delivery.
• Loads truck with daily deliveries and unloads at customer sites.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and company policies.
• Fuels truck as needed and maintains vehicle logs.
