Job summary

Core & Main, a nationwide specialty distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and fire protection products, seeks a delivery driver. You will transport and deliver materials, assist with loading/unloading, and represent the company with customers across communities.

You’ll perform DOT pre-trip/post-trip inspections, plan routes, and coordinate with warehouse staff. Requires 1+ year flatbed driving, forklift experience, and 2+ years delivering to job sites.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of flatbed driving experience.
• Forklift experience.
• 2+ years of delivery experience.
• Experience loading/unloading and delivering to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers and may assist with unloading.
• Primary interface with the customer at the delivery point.
• Loads truck with daily deliveries and unloads at customer site.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Reports vehicle defects, incidents, or damage.
• Plans route and maintains accurate manifests.
• Assists warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders.
