Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Jackson, TN seeks a CDL-A Driver to safely deliver food products to customers on predetermined routes. You will drive tractor trailer or straight truck, maintain DOT compliance, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
• Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
• Unloads products from the trailer and transports items into designated customer storage areas.
• Completes daily record of hours of service in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
