Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and related products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will drive tractor trailer or straight truck, complete safety checks, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining customer relationships.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift and move freight. Sign-on bonus is offered, with compliance to company policy and eligibility.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload food products to customers on schedule.
• Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures.
• Ensure tractor/trailer and freight are secured and properly documented.
