Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to support its food distribution network from Belton, TX. The role emphasizes safe, on-time delivery and serving as the face of the company to customers, while adhering to DOT and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year commercial driving experience.
• Meets state licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meets MVR requirements for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
• Pass road test.
• Able to secure new DOT Medical Card.
• Able to hand-lift and handle up to 60–90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and report issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies; report hazards.
• Inspect trailers and verify proper loading; complete required paperwork.
• Lock/secure tractor, trailer, and freight; unload damaged goods and returns and finalize paperwork.
• Maintain daily logs and hours-of-service compliance.
• Uphold safety standards throughout the delivery process; perform other duties as assigned.
