Performance Food Group is seeking a Delivery Driver based in Springfield, MO. The role requires a CDL-A and a clean MVR, working Monday–Friday with varying start times and some Saturdays. Average pay is around $83,000 annually, with benefits beginning Day 1.

You will drive a tractor trailer or straight truck, deliver to customers, handle unloading, and complete incident-free safety checks per DOT rules. This position emphasizes professional customer service and accuracy in paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing/certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally and timely.
• Performs safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate/interstate routes and delivers orders.
• Unloads products and secures freight at customer locations.
• Completes required paperwork and daily hours-of-service logs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
