Job summary

Food Authority, INC in Jessup, MD is seeking experienced CDL A Delivery Drivers. The role covers daily routes, 7:00am to 4:00pm, five days with weekends off, and requires a valid CDL A, DOT medical card, and two years of verifiable driving in the last three years.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required and valid DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience in last 3 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No CDL accidents or major violations in last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver temperature-controlled products to customer locations.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and organize delivery paperwork and logs.
• Load and unload products; ensure products are undamaged.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Manage Driver Apprentice/Helper as needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
