Performance Foodservice is hiring a CDL-A delivery driver to service customers in Massachusetts. The role involves early morning dispatch, delivering food and related products to customers, and returning home daily under DOT rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR (past 3 years).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections to DOT standards.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving policies.
• Deliver and unload products to customers per schedule.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per DOT and company requirements.
