Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods, based in Vineland, NJ, is hiring a Driver Class A to safely operate company vehicles and deliver products to customer locations across the U.S. and Canada.

You will maintain required licenses and comply with DOT and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include performing DOT inspections, loading/unloading, completing paperwork, and interacting with plant personnel and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions; bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions.
• Ability to read computer-generated reports preferred.
• CA CDL-Class A certification with no restrictions.
• Current DOT Medical Certification.
• Less than 2 points on driving record

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial classified vehicles.
• Perform and record DOT and other governmental required inspections.
• Complete paperwork as necessary and in a timely manner.
• Load and unload truck as necessary to deliver product to customers.
• Use of lift-trucks when necessary.
• Interact with plant personnel and customer staff as necessary to perform delivery.
