Job summary

US Foods is seeking a driver to safely deliver to customers and meet scheduled delivery times. You will unload products with a pallet jack or by hand and verify deliveries, collecting payments when needed.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain professional customer service. Requirements include valid CDL Class A with endorsements, at least 6 months of commercial driving experience (or 3 months in food/beverage delivery), ability to lift 20–80+ lbs, and English

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Must read/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections/payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
