Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to transport and unload food products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and product integrity. You will operate tractor/trailer or straight truck on local, interstate, and overnight routes with a 3–5 AM dispatch window, starting Monday through Saturday with one weekday off and Sundays off.

Responsibilities include performing safety checks, maintaining DOT records, unloading at customer sites, and documenting deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Post offer drug test.
• Road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and report issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Deliver orders on scheduled routes and obtain customer signatures.
• Load/unload products and secure freight.
• Maintain daily hours-of-service records as required.
• Keep tractor, trailer, and dock areas clean and organized.
