Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver (Transport) to operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks, moving parcels between terminals. The position features a 5:00 PM start from Monday to Friday with overtime expectations and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Compensation ranges from $23.00–$27.00 per hour plus a $5.00 shift premium for evening starts. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement.
• Hold a valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a good driving record that meets company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a pre-trip inspection to ensure safe operation.
• Turn in pre-trip forms and complete mileage and maintenance forms.
• Drive between terminals to transport parcels.
• Maintain required DOT and company safety certifications.
• Wash the exterior of tractor and equipment daily.
• Assist other drivers with loading, delivery, or pickup as needed.
