Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to transport and unload food products to customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will be the face of the company, ensuring timely deliveries and professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities include performing pre/post trip safety checks, maintaining DOT-compliant logs, and adhering to safety guidelines while handling loads and completing paperwork. Weekend/night shifts may be required to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL-A and DOT Health Card required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally.
• Perform safety checks and DOT-compliant inspections.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Report safety hazards and required repairs.
• Deliver and unload products to customer locations on a predetermined route.
• Secure loads and complete required freight paperwork.
• Record hours and maintain logs per DOT and company rules.
