Job summary

18 Wheels USA is seeking solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated store-delivery role based in Haslet, Texas. You will run a mix of local and overnight routes and are typically home daily or every other day, depending on the schedule.

Compensation includes a $1,400 weekly average, mileage-based pay. Trucks are tandem-axle sleepers with 53-foot trailers, and routes cover TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of experience driving tractor-trailers in the past 12 months (or recent on-road time in the last 10 years).
• Ability to use a hand pallet jack and verify freight at each stop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preloaded freight to stores using pallet jack.
• Operate tandem-axle sleeper trucks with 53-foot trailers.
• Follow dedicated routes across TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS.
• Home daily or every other day depending on schedule.
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards.

18 Wheels USA is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Haslet, Texas.

Drivers run a mix of local and overnight store deliveries. Most routes get drivers home daily or every other day, depending on the schedule.

• Pay: $1,400 weekly average, milage based
• Route: Dedicated lanes running TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS
• Freight: Preloaded, drivers use pallet jack to move freight from the back of the trailer to the tail
• Schedule: Home daily or every other
• Equipment: Tandem-axle sleeper trucks with 53 foot trailers
• Valid class A CDL
• Must have 3 months of experience driving T/T in the past 12 months or as much time on the road for any period than off the road in the last 10 years
• Able to use a hand pallet jack and verify freight at each stop
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards
