Job summary

18 Wheels USA is seeking solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Haslet, Texas. You will run a mix of local and overnight store deliveries with routes across TX and neighboring states. Most trips keep you home daily or every other day depending on the schedule.

Pay is $1,400 weekly on average and is mileage-based. Equipment includes tandem-axle sleeper trucks with 53-foot trailers. Valid Class A CDL and 3 months of recent experience are required, with the ability to use a hand pallet

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 3 months of experience driving T/T in the past 12 months or similar road time in the last 10 years.
• Able to use a hand pallet jack and verify freight at each stop.
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Routes are dedicated lanes across TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS.

• Freight: Preloaded, drivers use pallet jack to move freight from the back of the trailer to the tail


• Schedule: Home daily or every other
