Job summary

18 Wheels USA is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Haslet, Texas. Drivers run a mix of local and overnight store deliveries, with most routes home daily or every other day depending on the schedule.

Pay is a $1,400 weekly average, mileage-based, with routes covering TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS. Equipment includes tandem-axle sleeper trucks with 53-foot trailers. Valid Class A CDL and 3 months of recent driving required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 3 months of experience driving trucks in the past 12 months (or more on-road time in past 10 years).
• Able to use a hand pallet jack and verify freight at each stop.
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Job Type: Driving

18 Wheels USA is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Haslet, Texas.

Drivers run a mix of local and overnight store deliveries. Most routes get drivers home daily or every other day, depending on the schedule.

• Pay: $1,400 weekly average, milage based


• Route: Dedicated lanes running TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN and MS


• Freight: Preloaded, drivers use pallet jack to move freight from the back of the trailer to the tail


• Schedule: Home daily or every other


• Equipment: Tandem-axle sleeper trucks with 53 foot trailers


• Valid class A CDL


• Must have 3 months of experience driving T/T in the past 12 months or as much time on the road for any period than off the road in the last 10 years


• Able to use a hand pallet jack and verify freight at each stop


• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards
