Job summary

Danville drivers for NIS EXPRESS operate a dedicated regional dry van network spanning IL, IA and OH. Expect familiar lanes, preloaded trailers, and drop and hook deliveries with home weekly and a 34 hour restart.

Starting pay is $0.60 per mile, rising to $0.70 with experience, plus $25 stop pay and an average weekly gross of about $1,400. Benefits begin after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, orientation pay, and travel coverage. Riders and pets are allowed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
• Orientation held in Columbus, OH

Pay

• $1,400 average weekly gross
• $0.60 per mile to start, climbing to $0.70 with experience
• $25 stop pay

New CDL Holders

• Paid over the road training with a trainer
• Weekly training pay
• Full solo pay after

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
