Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Burlington, IA is hiring CDL drivers for dedicated grocery runs: no touch freight, home weekly, and round trips returning on the same run.

New CDL holders receive paid training; night shifts and weekend work are required; 24/7 dispatch supports operations. Typical week covers about 2,100 miles with pay details including base weekly gross and per-mile rates, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.
• Must live within 50 miles of Burlington, IA.

• $1,400 average weekly gross

Requirements
