Zusammenfassung

NIS EXPRESS is hiring drivers for a coastal training program. Trainees spend 4–6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer and earn $650 per week, followed by $1,000 per week guaranteed for the first 3 months solo. Solo pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,800 weekly gross with 1,800–2,900 miles weekly.

Home every 2 weeks, paid orientation, and benefits after 30 days (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match). Riders and pets allowed after training. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifikationen

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, no experience needed.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Shipyard and plant jobs come and go on the coast. A Class A doesn't. This fleet hires out of the Mobile area, puts new drivers with a trainer on paid weekly checks, and guarantees your floor when you go solo.

Training

• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $650 a week while you learn
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo

Solo Pay

• $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross
• 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week
• $15 stop pay, $75 plus miles on short hauls
• Performance bonus

The Lanes

• Everything east of Denver except the Northeast
• Drop and hook, preloads, live loads and live unloads
• Home every 2 weeks
• Holidays are voluntary
