Job summary

NEW Cooperative Inc. in Iowa seeks a motivated transporter to move agronomy products and provide safe customer service. The role requires operating a Class A CDL tractor-trailer, performing maintenance, and following DOT/OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical every 2 years as required by law.
• Strong emphasis on customer service and safety.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Understand seasonal farm supply business and in-season time commitments.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to move agronomy products to designated locations.
• Assist agronomy staff in unloading dry and liquid fertilizer products.
• Perform and document daily vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Keep work area, equipment, and vehicles neat and well maintained.
• Assist in other location areas and work extended hours during busy season.
