Job summary

IPC in Delphi, IN is hiring a CDL-A Driver for a 4 PM start time with full benefits. You will join a tight-knit team and represent IPC on every delivery and pickup.

We seek a high-character, dependable driver with at least 2 years CDL driving experience, a clean driving record, and willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts and one Saturday per month. DOT compliance and safety come first, and you’ll grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
• 2 years of CDL Driving Experience.
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work; show up and own it.
• Prepared to get a little dirty and assist with loading.
• Care about people, not just pallets.
• Comfortable with on-call expectations.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPC with professionalism at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure on-time service.
• Coordinate with dispatch team and crew for teamwork.
