Job summary

Industrial Pallet in Indiana is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join our team with a 4 PM start time. You’ll drive full-time, work 10-12 hour shifts, and be expected to occasionally work Saturdays.

You’ll represent IPC with professionalism on every delivery and pickup while building strong relationships with customers. We offer a full benefits package and a culture that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
• 2 years of CDL driving experience required.
• Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts including one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of IPC on the Road: deliver with professionalism and pride.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure on-time service and product delivery.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and crew to support teamwork on the dock and road.
