Job summary

Industrial Pallet is seeking a CDL-A Driver with a 4 PM start time to join our team. You will represent IPC on the road, build strong customer relationships, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while maintaining fleet readiness and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.

• Build relationships with customers to ensure timely service and satisfaction.
• Check loads, secure them, and ensure DOT compliance as the last line before delivery.

• Required to work 1 Saturday a month - additional Saturdays always available

Be the Face of IPC on the Road

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve - on time, every time.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew - because teamwork doesn't stop at the dock.

Own Your Truck, Own the Job

• Take care of your truck like it's your own - clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe - DOT compliance and safety first, always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You're the last line before that product hits the customer.

Who You Are

• You’ve got a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.
• You have 2 years of CDL Driving Experience.
