Job summary

Industrial Pallet in Indiana is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join our team with a 4 PM start time. You’ll drive full-time, work 10-12 hour shifts, and be expected to occasionally work Saturdays.

You’ll represent IPC with professionalism on every delivery and pickup while building strong relationships with customers. We offer a full benefits package and a culture that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• You must have a valid CDL (Class A) and a safe driving record.

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with our customers and make sure they get the service and product they deserve—on time, every time.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with your dispatch team and crew because teamwork doesn't stop at the dock.

• Take care of your truck like it’s your own—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal, keep it safe—DOT compliance and safety first, always.
• Check loads, secure them, and double-check them. You’re the last line before that product hits the customer.
