Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join our transportation team in the Sioux City area. You’ll operate tractor-trailer or straight truck routes nationwide, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional customer interactions.

We offer uncapped pay potential, quarterly safety bonuses, unlimited referral bonuses, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying drivers, per diem, new equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package beginning Day 1.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
• Pass road test and secure DOT medical card.
• Able to lift 60–90 pounds during shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT and company driving guidelines and report hazards.
• Ensure proper loading and secure freight; verify paperwork.
• Unload damaged goods and manage returns; complete end-of-shift procedures.
• Maintain daily logs and compliant hours of service.
