Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is hiring CDL‑A Drivers out of Sioux Falls, SD for early morning dispatch five days a week. Expect over‑the‑road and local routes, with possible night layovers, company‑paid hotel stays, and a $7,500 sign‑on bonus. Base pay starts at $320/day plus incentive pay, with average earnings around $90,000/year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• DOT Health Card (or able to secure a new one).
• Post-offer drug test and background check required.
• Road test completion required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks before and after trips per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and secure freight for delivery.
• Deliver and unload food products to customer locations on schedule.
• Complete required freight paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and loading areas.
