Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A truck drivers for a 100% no-touch, dedicated account. Drivers run across all 48 states on a no-touch operation with full benefits after 60 days. Expect 2–3 weeks out, with home time tied to miles and trips, and competitive CPM pay based on experience.

Starting pay ranges from .57 to .67 CPM, with newer equipment and regular routes to major beer distributors. Medical, dental, PTO, and 401K with matching are included after eligibility.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• Max 3 moving violations in 3 years; max 1 serious violation in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated account with no-touch shipments across 48 states.
• Deliver to distribution centers and warehouses; some drop & hook and live unload.
• Stay out 2–3 weeks at a time with home time based on trips.
