Job summary

Valor is hiring CL A truck drivers for a 100% no-touch dedicated account. You’ll run a 48-state route with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload, typically 2–3 weeks out with home time each week out.

Starting pay is 0.57–0.67 per mile based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days including medical, dental, PTO and 401(k) matching. Trucks are newer Condos assigned to you, keeping you busy on a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21+ and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than one serious in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 48-state dedicated account with no-touch freight (mix of drop & hook and live unload).
• Typically stay out 2–3 weeks with home time for each week out.
• Maintain safety and compliance per DOT regulations.
