Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for a dedicated account with 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states. Expect 2–3 weeks out with home time per week, and miles are abundant on a large beer-distributor account.

Starting pay is $0.57–$0.67 per mile, based on experience, with full benefits after 60 days including medical, dental, PTO and 401K with matching. Condos are newer, not slip-seated, with a mix of drop & hook and live unload.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21 and have 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and at most 1 serious violation in 12 months.
• May have up to two DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, with certain major events excluded.
• Not more than 3 jobs in the last year and not more than 6 in 3 years; cannot be terminated for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a 100% no-touch account across the United States, with occasional live unloads.
• Haul freight for one of the largest beer distributors; mix of drop and hook and live unload.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and safety standards while meeting mileage targets.
