Job summary

Lansing Building Products, LLC is seeking a CDL Driver in Massachusetts to begin around 7:00 AM and finish around 4:30 PM with generally no weekend work. The role splits time between delivering products to job sites and working in the warehouse, using a moffett forklift and engaging with customers to uphold superior service.

Responsibilities include front-line representation, maintaining safety, and occasionally taking on other tasks such as cycle counts or inside sales.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

HOME EVERY NIGHT!

CDL Driver's day typically begins around 7:00 AM – sometimes earlier – and ends at approximately 4:30 PM – generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

• Lives the mission statement
• Actsas a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer service
• Splits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse
• Uses a moffett forklift to make deliveries
• Interacts with customers and or crews at job sites
• Provides exceptional serviceto each Lansing customer…and constantly strive to improve that level of service
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly
• This is a "get-the-job-done" kind of position...you may be asked to perform other functions notparticularly addressed in this posting, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.

CDL Driver Qualifications:

• CDL A license is required for this position
• CDL Driver must have a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus -- and to work as a contributing member of a larger team
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing as much as 70 pounds
• Experience withbuilding productsis very helpful
• Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude
• At leastoneyear ofdriving experience
• Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck
