Cleveland-Cliffs Ferrous Processing & Trade in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CDL A Driver to transport steel and scrap in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards. The role emphasizes safety, logs, and timely deliveries.

You'll operate in various weather conditions, maintain vehicle logs, and support dispatch with route execution while meeting all OSHA and DOT requirements. Training is provided for qualified candidates with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's license
• Pre-Employment background, physical, and hair drug screen required
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search
• Work in outdoor weather conditions and temperatures
• Class A CDL
• Interstate Endorsement
• Previous experience in a heavy haul or doubles is a plus; however, we will train the right individual

Ferrous Processing and Trading, a business of Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, has an immediate opportunity for a CDL A Driver at our Cleveland, OH location. The driver position is responsible for transporting steel and scrap according to DOT regulations with a Commercial Driver License (CDL).

• Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle
• Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch
